What are the accommodation units called, and how much space can we expect?

Our two units are called Tone and Nane, named after our grandparents. Both apartments, measuring 110 square metres, offer plenty of space to spread out over three floors. They’re ideal for two to five people and can be extended to accommodate up to six guests with an extra bed. Each unit features its own entrance, two gardens, and a private spa. From the two balconies, you can look out over the Puez-Odle/Puez-Geisler Nature Park and, in particular, the rock face of Mt Sasso Santa Croce/Heiligkreuzkofel, which glows in stunning colours during the evening glow – the Enrosadira.

When can we arrive, and when do we have to say goodbye?

Your Chalet Löm will be ready for you from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, we would ask you to vacate your apartments by 9 a.m.

Do we enjoy complete privacy?

Yes, and that applies to the living areas, the sauna, and the whirlpool, as well as the two gardens. The second unit may be booked at the same time; if you’re travelling with friends or as an extended family, Tone and Nane are ideal to hire together.

Is the chalet wheelchair accessible?

Both apartments extend over three floors, which are connected by wooden staircases. As a result, the house is not wheelchair accessible. If you’re unsure whether the architecture suits your needs, please give us a quick call. It’s best to discuss this calmly on a case-by-case basis.

We’re travelling with a child. Do we have to bring everything with us?

To help keep your luggage to a minimum, we’d be happy to provide a cot in the apartment. And we’ll set up a suitable high chair at the dining table in the chalet so that even the little ones can sit close to you in the mornings. Just let us know quickly in advance.

Are pets allowed?

To ensure that guests with allergies can enjoy a completely carefree retreat, Chalet Löm remains a pet-free accommodation.

Do we need slippers?

You’re very welcome to bring your own favourite slippers. As soon as you step through the door, you’ll take off their outdoor shoes, and from then on, your feet touch nothing but warm, light-coloured wood. If you’ve left your slippers at home, we have some felt slippers available – just let us know your shoe size in advance.

Is smoking permitted?

Our apartments are filled with the scent of Swiss stone pine and the crisp mountain air. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the chalet.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

Spa & relaxation

Do we have to share the spa area?

No. In both Tone and Nane, the spa area, complete with its own garden, is situated on the ground floor of your own apartment.

What can we expect at the private spa?

On the ground floor, you’ll find a Finnish sauna made from fragrant Swiss stone pine, a refreshing shower, a relaxation room, and a small wellness corner with spring water and our hand-picked herbal teas. Out in the garden, you’ll find your very own open-air Jacuzzi. Bathrobes and towels are already laid out for you. Our tip: in winter, step out of your own sauna into the snow to cool off.
